F & A Continental Training Centre, launched in April 2023, is providing skill-building opportunities for school dropouts and individuals seeking employability in the Lungi Masoila Kafu Bullom community. The Centre offers hands-on vocational training in tailoring, computer hardware and software, catering, hairdressing, electrical installations, and plumbing.

Founded by Abu West Bangura, the initiative was established to address the lack of after-school training opportunities for young people in the community. Since its launch, the Centre has received overwhelming support from local stakeholders and students who recognize the importance of practical skills development.

Empowering Youth Through Vocational Skills

The Centre’s primary goal is to produce a skilled workforce capable of supporting government development programs and contributing meaningfully to national growth. By focusing on practical, market-driven skills, F & A Continental Training Centre is helping young people harness their potential and prepare for real-world opportunities.

General Manager Alusine Bangura praised the CEO’s initiative, describing it as a powerful step toward supporting young people in the community and strengthening the local workforce.
